The notice also pointed out that on the basis of in-depth summary of the experience of pilot project of differential toll collection of expressways, local highway network structure and operation characteristics should be fully considered, and appropriate differentiated charging methods, innovative service modes, scientific and accurate differential charging schemes should be formulated, and differential charges should be comprehensively promoted.
