2. Extend the phased tax deferment policy and postpone the payment of some taxes by small, medium-sized and micro enterprises in the manufacturing industry implemented in the fourth quarter of 2021 for a further six months; We will continue to implement the preferential policies of subsidies for the purchase of new energy vehicles, awards and subsidies for charging facilities, and reduction and exemption of vehicle and vessel taxes.
3. Expand the scope of application of local “six taxes and two fees” reduction and exemption policies, and strengthen the reduction and exemption of income tax for small low profit enterprises.
4. Reduce the social security burden of enterprises, and continue to implement the policy of periodically reducing the premium rates of unemployment insurance and work-related injury insurance in 2022.

7. Implement the financial policy of green and low-carbon transformation in coal power and other industries, make good use of carbon emission reduction support tools and 200 billion yuan of special refinancing for clean and efficient utilization of coal, promote financial institutions to speed up the progress of credit extension, and support the construction of major projects for carbon emission reduction and clean and efficient utilization of coal.
3、 Policy on ensuring supply and price stability

4、 Policies on investment and foreign trade and foreign investment

13. Accelerate the construction of major new infrastructure projects, guide telecom operators to accelerate the progress of 5g construction, support industrial enterprises to accelerate digital transformation and upgrading, and promote the digital transformation of manufacturing industry; Start the implementation of major projects of Beidou industrialization and promote the large-scale application of Beidou in major strategic areas; Accelerate the implementation of the special action for the construction of big data centers, implement the project of “counting from the east to the west”, and accelerate the construction of eight national data center hub nodes in the Yangtze River Delta, Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and the Great Bay area. 14.
