Quantity and value of main source countries of imported stone materials in 2021
In 2021, China’s stone import volume was 13.67 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 8.2%. Among them, the stone import volume from Turkey, Italy, Iran, Portugal and Greece increased significantly, with a year-on-year increase of 21%, 23.6%, 76.9%, 24.6% and 22.2% respectively. The import volume from the seven major stone import source countries increased by 10.8% year-on-year, and the import volume from other countries and regions decreased by 0.5%.

Quantity and value of main stone export destinations in 2021
In 2021, China’s stone export volume was 8.513 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 7.8%. Among them, the total export volume to 20 major stone export destinations such as South Korea, the United States and Japan decreased by 3.4%, and the total export volume to other countries and regions decreased by 23.2%.
