③ The lines of the water knife and patchwork stitching are natural and smooth, without any color mixing.
④ There is no obvious color difference or color band at the repaired area of the fracture, and the brightness of the repaired area is consistent with that of the large plate.

Material selection
To ensure the effect of seamless treatment, different materials must be selected according to the requirements of the owner, and their bonding performance, flexibility, compatibility, polishing performance after polishing, shrinkage performance, anti-aging color change ability, etc. must be comprehensively considered.
Materials with strong adhesion are not easy to peel off and expose edges in the future; Materials with strong polishing properties are easy to polish after polishing, and the overall stone surface has no feeling of being divided after the crystal surface is completed; Materials with low shrinkage are not prone to collapse in the future; The material with strong anti-aging color change ability is not easy to color change at the seam in the future.

Key points of operation
① The seam should not be too large, and the thickness of the seam should not exceed 0.3, otherwise it is difficult to achieve the seamless effect specified in the national standard.
② After cutting the seam with a cutting blade, the marble and granite must be cleaned on both sides of the seam with a brand new artistic blade, otherwise black seams will appear after the construction is completed.
③ The ratio of seamless adhesive and curing agent must be moderate and evenly mixed, otherwise, the seamless adhesive will not dry and half seam will appear after construction.
④ When filling the seamless adhesive, it can only be pulled back and forth once, and the back and forth pull will cause half seams to appear due to the shrinkage of the seamless adhesive after drying and curing.
⑤ When conducting seamless filling, care and meticulousness must be taken. At the joints of different colored stone materials, they must be ‘exactly right’, no more or less, otherwise, defects will be left after the construction is completed!
⑥ When conducting seamless filling, the resin color must mainly be dark stone. Otherwise, it will cause seamless effect defects due to the difficulty in modulating the light gum hue.
⑦ Special stone materials (such as Yashi White, Jazz White, Fish Maw White, Dahua White, Slavic White, etc.) must be coated with corresponding stone anti fouling agents before seamless filling. Otherwise, the oily substances in the resin will seep into both sides of the stone seam, causing the construction to end and the seam to appear gray and dark.
⑧ Quartz stone and microcrystalline stone cannot be slotted with inferior cutting pieces with high iron brightness, otherwise, the construction will appear dark after completion.

National Quality Standards
Ground stone leveling standards:
① After the crystal surface is completed, the overall stone surface is 2m plus or minus 2cm;

③ The overall stone surface has no obvious water waves, and the curvature of the benchmark projection is not more than 15 degrees; ④ There are no mechanical grinding marks or hidden grinding marks on the stone surface;
⑤ The width of the edge not polished shall not exceed 5 cm;
⑥ The polished and ungrounded edges are excessively smooth, with no burrs on the edges.
Wall and irregular stone leveling standards:
① At the polishing point, there are no mechanical polishing marks, joints, pits, or obvious water waves on the side view, and the brightness is consistent.
② The right angle seam lines of the corner facade are natural and smooth, with a comfortable feel and no ant holes.
③ The joint lines of the stone face chamfered seam (V-shaped) are natural and smooth; There is no obvious high or low curve.
④ Cylindrical seam without cutting edge! No cut surface! No obvious water ripples! No grooves! The brightness is consistent with the large board.
⑤ Irregular structure and line stitching without cutting edges! No cut surface! No obvious water ripples! No grooves! The brightness is consistent with the marking!

Key points of operation
① Before leveling and grinding the ground, local treatment must be carried out on areas with particularly high cutting edges. Otherwise, it will affect the overall flatness.
② Try to use equipment with a larger working surface as much as possible. Otherwise, it will affect the overall flatness.
③ It must be ground step by step and carefully, and cannot be skipped. Otherwise, there will be grinding marks or dark grinding marks.
④ Do not use an angle grinder to “pick” the wall or floor. Otherwise, the water waves after the crystal surface is completed are very obvious.
⑤ After rough grinding, edge trimming must be carried out. Otherwise, rough edges may occur.
⑥ Soft stone materials (such as wood fossils, wood grain stones, etc.) must be dried using a dry grinding system as much as possible, otherwise they are prone to alkali formation.
