Road edge stone chamfering method

There are many ways to chamfer curbstones, with more advanced ones including fully automatic chamfering, as well as semi-automatic and manual chamfering.
Fully automatic chamfering is carried out using a specialized chamfering machine. After setting the parameters, it can start working automatically. However, this type of machine is not widely used by many manufacturers, as it takes up a lot of space and has a low usage rate.

Nowadays, most stone factories do not only produce roadside stones. They usually produce various types of fired boards, polished boards, lychee noodles and other boards, as well as various types of roadside stones.
Therefore, most stone factories still use semi-automatic and manual chamfering methods.
The so-called semi-automatic refers to the use of infrared cutting machine to chamfer. When processing curb stones, first cut the rubble to the required thickness, then use the cutting machine to cut to the required specifications, and finally adjust the inclination of the saw blade to chamfer. Of course, this method only suits the chamfer, not the fillet.

The most commonly used method for manual chamfering is chamfering. Generally, a 1-2cm 1/4 fillet is the best, and can be completed with a grinding mill. However, the most difficult one is a 5cm large fillet, which requires workers to gradually grind it out, and the uniform curvature must be ensured during grinding, otherwise the curbstones cannot be arranged neatly.
At present, the most commonly used are semi-automatic infrared cutting machines for chamfering and manual chamfering. The price of chamfering is 2-3 yuan/meter, the price of chamfering 1-2cm is 3 yuan/meter, and the price of chamfering 4-5cm is 5 yuan/meter.
